If we have a sales rep’s e-mail address on file, then the regular follow-up e-mails will appear to have come from that sales rep. and any replies from the customer will be routed directly back to the sales rep’s e-mail. If we do not have the sales rep’s e-mail on file, then the e-mail will come from followup@proresponse.com and any responses from the customer will be routed to our Customer Service Dept., which will then notify your salesperson. Therefore, in order to maintain the illusion that your sales reps. are sending the e-mails, it is important we have all your staff’s e-mails on file. We can even utilize a generic dealership e-mail if your sales reps do not have individual e-mail accounts.
